A very large mediastinal parathyroid adenoma being "delivered" into the neck
A "collar" marke was placed at the level of the clavicles. In this case, the adenoma is definitely above the clavicles and sternal notch.
Large right inferior parathyroid adenoma, measuring 2 x 1.5 cm, was localized by sestamibi scan and readily visible in the neck between the right lobe of the thyroid, the trachea and the clavicle.
