Osteoradionecrosis of the mandible. This patient underwent hemiglossectomy, partial mandibulectomy and radical neck dissection with reconstruction of the floor of mouth and neck defects using free flaps. Subsequently, he received radiation which resulted in breakdown of tissues. A fracture is visible next to the reconstruction plate and screws.
