Right mastoidectomy, surgeon's view.

This patient presented with right CSF otorrhea.  Imaging demonstrated a dehiscence in the mastoid tegmen.

A temporalis muscle and fascia flap was rotated into the mastoid cavity and used to plug the defect in the mastoid tegmen that was allowing the CSF to leak into the ear.
