Progressively enlarging, painless, fluctuant neck mass with chronic cervical lymphadenopathy. Chest x-ray was negative.
Axial CT scan shows a right cystic posterior cervical mass and generalized lymphadenopathy.
Acid-fast bacilli were discovered in aspirates from the neck mass.
