This 63 year-old woman presented with bilateral nasal obstruction.
On nasal endoscopy, a fleshy nasopharyngeal tumor is noted. The tumor is soft, bleeds easily and protrudes through the posterior choanae into the nasal cavities, bilaterally.
The patient had previously been treated for lymphoma in the right inguinal region.
Histologic diagnosis: Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Right nasal endoscopy.

The axial CT scan photograph below shows a soft tissue mass resembling adenoids, arising from the vault of the nasopharynx. This mass protrudes into both nasal cavities, completely obstructing the airway.
