This 5 year-old boy presented with a mass in the neck.  On examination, he had a nasopharyngeal mass on the same side.
In this picture, a McIvor mouth gag is applied and a left nasopharyngeal mass is visible behind the soft palate and left posterior pillar.  The final diagnosis was lymphoepithelioma.
