Fracture of the nasal bones, resulting in external nasal deformity and nasal airway obstruction from a deviated fractured septum. It is important to correct the septal deviation when reducing the fracture.

In addition to the nasal fractures, these coronal CT scan slices show the severe soft tissue deformity and the deviation of the fractured nasal septum.
