Lentigo maligna (malignant melanoma) of the face in an elderly man.  The lesion consisted of multiple irregular flat black spots.  It was originally biopsied by a dermatologist.  The pathology report was lentigo maligna, Clarke Level 2.  The lesion was excised and covered with a split thickness skin graft.  The picture on the right was taken one month post-operatively.
