Hodgkin's Lymphoma of the Neck and Mediastinum

This patient presented with neck swelling, shortness of breath on exertion and stridor.  Biopsy of the neck mass revealed Hodgkin's lymphoma.  The patient was treated with radiation.
Chest x-ray shows widening of the mediastinum.
CT scan shows Hodgkin's lymphoma surrounding the trachea and narrowing its lumen.
