Painless, slowly-growing bony mass above the lateral edge of the left eyebrow.
Axial CT scan imaging shows a round homogeneous growth of the frontal bone (osteoma).
The bicoronal bifrontal scalp flap has been reflected inferiorly over the nose and eyes.  
One week Post-Op 
Pre-Op picture.
The incision line is placed about 3-4 cm behind the hairline.
The osteoma was shaved with a power drill and the bone smoothed down.
