Endoscopic Picture of Hypertrophied Adenoids

This picture of the right posterior choana was taken with a zero degree telescope. The Hypertrophied adenoids are bulging into the nasal cavity, causing nasal airway obstruction. The right inferior turbinate is also visible in this picture.
The left posterior choana is also obstructed by a mass of adenoid tissue.
