Congenital Pit in the Left Cymba Conchae, (between the crus of the helix and the inferior crus of the antihelix). See Anatomy of the Pinna (Auricle)

This is a blind cavity that does not communicate with the external auditory canal. It occasionally fills with sebaceous material, desquamated skin or debris and requires cleaning or "scooping" with a wax curette.
